Membership begins May 1 and ends
April 30th of the following year
Locks are changed every year. This year locks will change on May 4, 2026, during the day. Your old key will not work when the lock changes.
Do you need to renew your membership?
You must re-submit the Membership and waiver form, and pay your dues, in order to receive the new key. Click below to open the forms. You must fill and return BOTH!
For existing members, you will have received an email with an invoice, from lhhoa-acctg@gmail.com. You can sign, scan, and send the form back, or bring along to pick up the key.
Dates for picking up 2026 keys.
If you can, please submit payment via instructions in the invoice you receive. All of the accounting is simplified when electronic payment is used.
Annual dues are only $258 per lot.
