If your home is in the mandatory section of the association (property owners on Apaloosa Way, Ashton Oaks, Chuska Way, Grove Creek, Hill Creek, Hill Meadow, Mazattan Way, and 7023-7339 Washita Way), the Texas Property Code requires certain information to be provided to other parties when selling or refinancing your home. Your realtor, lender, or title company may ask for an HOA Resale Certificate to verify you are in good standing with the HOA and to provide information of the subdivision. The fee for a Resale Certificate is $175, and is due upon making the request. To obtain this certificate, please initiate contact via lhhoa.acctg@gmail.com.

Additionally, a Transfer Fee of $175 will be due at closing, along with the new owners’ contact information. Typically, this fee will be collected by the title company at closing and remitted to the association.
